Introduction to Saimen
Saimen Construction Company is an Afghan-owned engineering and construction company established in 2016 and officially registered with the Government of Afghanistan under registration number D-03-2679. With more than 10 years of experience, Saimen specializes in surveying, engineering design, construction, and management of civil infrastructure projects.
Based in western Afghanistan, the company provides services including technical surveys, feasibility studies, architectural and engineering design, construction supervision, and project implementation. Saimen has successfully delivered projects for government institutions, NGOs, INGOs, and United Nations agencies, including water supply systems, public buildings, and community infrastructure.
With a team of experienced professionals, Saimen is committed to quality, safety, innovation, and sustainable engineering solutions, contributing to Afghanistan’s reconstruction and development.

From public facilities and community infrastructure to large-scale water and solar-powered systems, Saimen Construction Company has delivered projects that support communities and development partners across Afghanistan.
Successfully delivered infrastructure projects with UN-Habitat, including community development works in Herat. These projects established our foundation in institutional construction and public infrastructure delivery.
Completed multiple public projects including government office rehabilitation, boulevard construction, mosque completion works, and community facilities across Herat Province.
Delivered water supply projects including well drilling, water storage installation, and village water networks, supporting improved access to safe water in rural communities.
Expanded operations into Ghor and Badghis Provinces through water supply systems, solar energy projects, and infrastructure works implemented with international development organizations.
